SmartRevise HS (“the Service”) is operated by Zouhour Mechergui (“we”, “us”), based in Tunisia. The Service is intended for families in the United States and is currently in a testing phase. By using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Children’s Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Accounts are for adults. You must be at least 18 and the parent or legal guardian of every learner you add. Children do not register themselves. A learner under 13 has no login and is managed from the parent account. A parent may create a login for a learner aged 13 to 17 and remains responsible for that learner’s use.
The Service helps families run a homeschool: state requirement summaries, course planning from public learning standards, lessons and an AI tutor, a weekly plan, attendance, a gradebook and transcripts, and study tools such as flashcards and quizzes. Features and limits depend on your plan.
Homeschool law differs by state and changes. Our requirement summaries are general information drawn from public sources. They may be incomplete, out of date, or not yet verified against official sources, and we label their status where we can. They are not legal advice.
You are responsible for knowing and following your state’s laws, including any notices, attendance, testing, record-keeping or curriculum rules. Confirm requirements with your state’s official sources or a qualified attorney. We do not file anything with a state or school district for you.
Lessons, course outlines and tutor answers are written by artificial intelligence. They can contain errors, omissions or unsuitable material, and they are not reviewed by a teacher unless a lesson says otherwise. You must review content and supervise your children’s use. A course written by AI is shown to your children only after you review and approve it; we record your approval, and it is withdrawn automatically if you rewrite a lesson. You can withdraw it at any time. Tutor questions must be about the lesson. Never type a child’s name or other personal details into a question: we refuse such questions and send no personal information about children to AI. Do not rely on AI output for medical, safety or legal decisions. For any hands-on activity, use adult supervision and your own judgement.
Grades, attendance, credits and transcripts are created and issued by you as the school administrator. SmartRevise HS is not an accredited school and does not issue diplomas, credentials or official transcripts. Whether a college, employer or agency accepts a record is their decision, and we make no promise about it.
Give accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account and for your children’s use. Do not share your login outside your household. Tell us promptly if you think your account was accessed without permission.
We offer a Free plan and paid plans billed monthly or yearly through Whop. Each plan has limits, such as the number of learners and monthly allowances for AI-written lessons and tutor questions, shown on the pricing page and on your dashboard. Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel, and you can cancel at any time in your Whop account; access continues until the end of the paid period.
If you move to a smaller plan, existing records stay available but you may not be able to add more than the new plan allows. We will tell you in advance if we change prices. Refunds are described in our Refund Policy.
You agree not to: break the law; infringe anyone’s rights; submit unlawful, harmful, harassing or sexually explicit content; try to make the AI produce harmful or inappropriate material; try to gain unauthorised access or disrupt the Service; scrape the Service or use automated tools to bypass limits; resell or share access outside your household; or use the Service to contact other people’s children. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
You and your children own the notes, files and other content you add. You give us a limited licence to store and process it only to run the Service for you. We do not use children’s personal information to train AI models.
The Service, its design and its software belong to Zouhour Mechergui. Some material is built on openly licensed sources, such as published learning standards, and keeps its own licence and attribution, shown where it appears. Courses you add from other publishers remain the property of those publishers; we store only the titles you enter.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, including that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that content is accurate or complete, or that it will meet any legal, educational or admission requirement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zouhour Mechergui is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account or any learner at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach of these Terms or to protect the Service or its users. When an account or learner is deleted we delete the related personal information within 30 days, as described in the Privacy Policy. Sections on disclaimers, liability and your responsibility for compliance continue after ending.
We may update these Terms. For material changes we will post the new version, change the date above and, where needed, ask you to accept again before you add another learner. Questions: support@smartrevise.site.
