By accessing or using SmartRevise ("the Service"), operated by A+ Academy ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
SmartRevise is an AI-powered study platform that helps students create flashcards, generate quizzes, track study progress, and prepare for exams. The Service is provided "as is" and is intended for educational purposes. We use artificial intelligence to generate content based on user-provided study materials. AI-generated content may not always be accurate, and users should verify important information independently.
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update this information as necessary.
We offer free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly through our payment processor, Whop Inc. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to Whop's terms of service in addition to these terms. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time with 30 days' notice. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) infringe upon the rights of any third party; (c) submit content that is harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service; (e) use the Service for any commercial purpose without our written consent; (f) share your account credentials with others; (g) circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features of the Service; or (h) use automated tools to access the Service in a manner that exceeds reasonable usage.
The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by A+ Academy and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your study materials and any content you create using the Service remain your property. However, by using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content for the purpose of providing the Service (e.g., generating flashcards and quizzes).
SmartRevise uses artificial intelligence to generate study content. AI-generated content is provided for educational reference only and may contain inaccuracies, errors, or omissions. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated content. Users are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of information before relying on it for academic or professional purposes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, A+ Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Sections 6, 7, 8, and 10 shall survive termination. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Whop account settings.
